Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after the conclusion of the livestream in which they are showcased. We do not process orders on weekends or holidays. During holidays and peak seasons, processing times may be longer than usual due to high order volumes.
2. Shipping:
We offer various shipping methods at checkout, including standard, expedited, and overnight options. Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are provided during the checkout process. Actual delivery times may vary based on destination and shipping method selected.
Please ensure that the shipping address you provide is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or misdelivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
